The Black Legacy Ecosystem™ is not a single program or destination. It is a connected structure for growth, built on a simple truth: learners and leaders evolve over time.

As individuals grow, their needs shift, from exploration, to development, to contribution. The ecosystem is intentionally designed to meet people where they are, and prepare them for what comes next.

Within the Black Legacy Ecosystem™, everyone is both a learner and a leader.

This identity honors the full journey, from entering an institution, to navigating adulthood, to shaping communities and institutions for future generations.

Black Legacy Society™ is the umbrella. It holds the C3 Legacy™ framework, and it houses two things: the community where members gather, and the university where members learn.

Black Scholar Academy™ stands alongside as a separate nonprofit, the undergraduate pipeline that prepares emerging leaders and feeds them toward the Society.

Legacy Commons™ is where community lives. The name comes from the commons of a college campus, the shared space where people gather, connect, and grow together. It's where learners and leaders build relationships, reflect on their journey, and engage in dialogue, learning, and shared experience.

Guided by the C3 Legacy™ framework, Legacy Commons™ is the heart of the Society, the room you return to as your life unfolds.

Black Legacy University™ is where members go to learn. Access comes through Legacy Commons™ membership: because you belong to the community, you gain access to the University.

BLU offers structured leadership formation for professionals and community leaders committed to continued growth, whatever their path, college, career, community leadership, or lived wisdom. It brings the depth and dignity of a true learning experience to those ready to invest in who they're becoming. This pathway emphasizes:

• Ongoing leadership development
• Reflection, skill-building, and application
• Growth and support at every stage of life

Black Scholar Academy™ is where the journey often begins. A separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it supports undergraduate learners and emerging leaders as they explore identity, leadership, and purpose during the college experience, through Explore - Lead - Succeed®, a developmental pathway.

The Academy is born from a love of leadership and a desire to reach Black students worldwide, the same spirit that supports scholars at a single institution, extended outward. This pathway emphasizes:

• Leadership exploration and self-discovery
• Academic, personal, and co-curricular engagement
• Preparing learners for life beyond the classroom, and toward the Society

The Black Legacy Ecosystem™ honors that there is no single way to build a legacy. Some enter as students. Some return as alumni. Some arrive as professionals, mentors, or community leaders. What unites us is a shared commitment to learning, leadership, and impact.
